Creative Art Sessions with Artist Clare Goodwin

Clare Goodwin – a British-Swiss artist with an international exhibition record – offers a unique programme of art sessions for teenagers  in Zurich. Conducted in English, these sessions at StudioK3 are designed as a complement to academic learning, providing a space for exploration, creativity and reflection.

Studio Club for Young People

Unlike school art classes, Clare’s programme for young people (age 12-20) offers a studio environment and addresses young people who want to experiment freely while also gaining insight into the methods and ideas of contemporary art. Participants work with acrylic and watercolour painting as well as drawing, developing individual projects at their own pace. Sessions are structured in two-hour blocks, balancing artistic and technical input with space for personal creation.

Her teaching is not about rigid instruction but about encouraging each young person to find their own visual language in dialogue with contemporary culture.

Experience Contempory Art

Excursions to artists’ studios, museums and galleries, and by small vernissages in Clare’s studio where students present their works to family and friends. These additional events celebrate the creativity of young artists and foster a sense of art interested community.

Portfolio Development and Guidance

With Clare’s guidance, participants benefit from the perspective of a practicing artist who has exhibited widely in Switzerland and internationally. Alongside her 20 years’ teaching and tutoring experience at Swiss Art schools, she is also active as curator and exhibition-maker.
